Professionals and leaders who turn to me, often find themselves on their own in a permanent state of tension of multi-layered and sometimes contradictory expectations. They are looking for ways to lead themselves and others effectively, to meet demanding challenges professionally and to fill their own needs.

Self-awareness is an essential key to develop your (leadership) personality and your (leadership) qualities. I offer you the space for conscious reflections and support you in finding options for action and solutions addressing your individual concerns, strengthening your (leadership) role and expanding your (leadership) skills.

What you can expect
Coaching helps you clarify your situation, gain an overview, make clear decisions, discover unused potential, use existing resources, set up strategies and plan the next steps. Strengthening your self-leadership and self-efficacy is essential to me.
 
Procedure
The coaching is based on your personal objectives, your role and competencies, your leadership experience and your expertise. New insights are continuously integrated into the process and taken into account for the transfer into your work routine. The process is therefore not limited to the individual sessions, but takes place in everyday life, which is why your active participation is required. Our sessions serve to reflect on what you have experienced and to prepare the next steps, which you will try out in your everyday working life.

 

Investment
For business coaching, the fee is agreed directly with you or your employer. To advance the process, I generally work with coaching packages. Alternative arrangements can be made individually.
